Terms of Use

Membership Agreement

• Membership is valid for one year from the date of registration. A renewal fee of 1,100 yen will be charged at the time of renewal.
• The membership card can only be used by the registered member. Transferring or subleasing the membership card is strictly prohibited.
• Please be sure to bring your membership card with you when you visit the store. Only those who present their membership card at the reception counter will be charged the membership rate.
• If you do not present your membership card, you will be charged the visitor's rate.
• Please be sure to inform us of any change of address or telephone number.
• Please note that the admission fee and annual membership fee will not be refunded if you cancel your membership for any reason.

Precaution Statement *We do not subscribe to sports insurance.

• Please be careful not to injure yourself while playing. In the event of an accident or injury, we will provide first aid, but will not be responsible for any further damage.
• We will not be responsible for any problems caused by parking on the street or in the parking lot near the facility.
• In the event that a ball or other object is damaged by hitting the facility equipment, the customer will be responsible for repair costs. Please note that we will not be responsible for any injuries incurred in such cases. In addition, if you are unable to conduct business for any part of the time until repairs are made due to broken equipment, you will be billed for the loss of business as well. Please note that in the event of damage to equipment such as goals (including rings, boards, etc.), timers, etc., you will be responsible for the cost of repairs.
• Food and beverages purchased at other facilities may not be brought into the facility.
• Children of elementary school age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when participating in the event.
• Photos and videos taken at the facility may be published on the facility's web page, in magazine advertisements, etc.

Reservations

• Reservations can be made by phone, on our website, or through our app.
• Reservations can be made from the day of the event to one month in advance.
• Reservations for courts are accepted from a minimum of 6 persons for half court and 8 persons for all court.　　Please note that if the number of users is less than the above, you will be charged for the number of people who are not present at the time of your visit.
• Please call or visit the store before using the courts to confirm the availability of the courts.
• We will accept changes in time, number of courts, and cancellations up to 5 days prior to the reserved day (by the end of business hours). Cancellations made 4 days prior to the reserved date will be charged 100% of the reserved court fee.
• Please note that the minimum number of guests required by the reservation rules is the number of people who will be charged from the start time of the reservation, so please be careful not to be late.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice on the day of use, we will contact you to confirm your reservation, and if you do not respond, your reservation will be treated as an unapproved cancellation. Please note that future reservations cannot be made for groups that have cancelled without notice.
• For private use outside of business hours, we recommend a charter plan.

Special Fixed Reservation Registration

• If you wish to make a long-term reservation for a specific day and time, such as monthly, weekly, or bi-weekly, you can register a special fixed reservation. If you register for a fixed appointment, you do not need to make an appointment every time.
• Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance (by the end of the business day).
• Please note that we may terminate your membership if you continue to cancel without notice or fail to pay the cancellation fee.
